Looking for actual contractor or just advice for DIY?

Unless its really straight forward, where I can get some buddies together to do it, I'd need an actual contractor.
I'd love to take on this project but I'm still doing rehab from back surgery.
Any advice is always appreciated though!

You have to make sure there isn't power/water/drains running through that wall.
Then when you cut it, you'll have to frame the opening.
Then drywall or put panels on the 3 sides and the counter on the bottom

also, if the window wall is load bearing, it would be prudent to support the ceiling perpendicular to the joists
