Looks like a tiny long spike urchin to me, notorious for moving corals and eating coraline. Personal I like them but when they get big they are a PITA.

It kind of looks like a rock boring urchin to me, but it's hard to tell in that light. Is it uniformly black in real life or does it have any colour to it?

I have 2 of those in my system came on a wild coral shipments...harmless between all my rock work never bothered anything...neat and interesting species.
