Here is a quote from a fellow reefer.

"Got one already and they are awesome! Build quality is perfect, design is crazy and different and they are built in such a way that you can only see the frags and the not the rack when its full its like they are floating!"

Cool looking racks. It would be nice to have the rack dimensions on your website.

Yeah it's too bad they aren't magnets!

I was thinking the same thing. The racks look great, but I'd imagine that over time the suction cups on these would fail or let go ... bringing all your frags down with it.

Sorry for the delay guys, BUSY day!

- Reefer Rob I'll post the sizes tomorrow since I'm not at the shop now. Unless Primo can chime in :-)

- Suction cups! I said the same thing when we were fist introduced to these. Primo assured me that they are not cheapie cups and they hold well. We tested all the racks full of frags and they hold like mad. The suction cups are a non issue IMO and it helps keep the cost down.

thanks,

Ray

No matter the suction cup, over time they will become useless and need replacing.

Cool looking but magnets are the way to go.

I'm not 100% convinced of that. Magnets are nicer, I'll agree, but for example. The suction cups that come with marine grazer, I've used one so far. That's multiple feedings over the last 9 months. I've never cleaned it up or anything, just jammed a new ring on it. I think, and it's just my thoughts, there are some that are a higher grade than others.
Worst case senario, you could always glue a few on if/when they stop working.

+1, no suction cup is going to hold up in a reef tank long term.

A marine grazer is also not cantilevered weight. The design is nice but I'd pay extra for magnets.

True, but considering buoyancy how much weight are you putting on these?
I've never had a frag rack sit in the display for long periods.

The racks are not that thick, you can easily take off the suction cups and add some reef safe earth magnets.
