Been looking for 100 - 120 lbs of Tahitian Moon sand with very little luck, I already have 60 lbs purchased & checked for magnetic particles. Anyone seen any in Calgary or Edmonton store? Any vendors have stock?

You can get away with using 3m colorquartz black sand, too. It's a pool sand. I used to use it with my planted tank - it's identical. I'm just not sure if it's still in circulation.

That doesn't have the fast cycling agent like the CaribSea product does.

Thanks but I was hoping for local cause shipping is crazy. Might come down to online order though.

Greg I saw one Bag at big als edmonton yesterday. If you asked Damian at big als he'd order some. They only had one bag when I did my cube and he ordered in 2 when I asked

All I seen is one 10 lb bag there on Thursday when I was there and picked up 2 new seahorses. Asked if they could order some and the guy I was talking to said he has been trying to order it since May with no luck.
