I think the best bang for your buck would be T5 but if you like led then the exotic stunner strips are good aswell.

I'm a LED guy. I've been running AI Sol blues for 2 years this month now. It takes a while to figure them out. I went through bleaching, brownout etc.. But to me it's been a good investment and really happy with them. Good coral growth with SPS and LPS, no heat issues at all anymore either. I just recently purchased the AI Hydras and to early to tell with them, but so far i'm liking what I see. My only complaint is that it's too hard to get a nice pic of anything in my tank. Looks to cartoonish but i'm no photographer.

It all comes down to budget and the types of coral you wanna keep.if your pocket is deep then I suggest the ATI t5s/led hybrid.you get the best of both worlds:)

Thanks guys. How much is the t5/led hybrid? I havnt heard much about a hybrid system before. Sounds like a good idea. But i want one that will simulate sunrise and sunset and maybe even lightning? Does it do that?

Maxspect razor IMO is the best led at an "entry level" cost
