I got this thing from an ex-con hitchhiking on Highway 2. Even if it's no good for pumping water, it has a history. It doesn't say whether it's suitable for salt water but if anyone wants it for a pond or something, make me an offer, beer or something is fine.

How do you know it's stolen? Or, why do you assume?

Bob, I've sent you a PM.

This thing is pretty cool. It has its own flow adjustment valve built in. Apparently it's aluminum, probably not saltwater safe.

I don't think it was stolen. This guy seemed to know a fair bit about keeping freshwater fish.
