We're looking forward to that natural shimmer effect from such a small light. An unmatched effect in the LED world really.

Would two of the A160WE's be enough for a 120 gallon 48" x 24" x 24" SPS tank? It is currently lit by an 8 x 54 Watt T5 Powermodule. The spec sheet for the Kessils states 24" x 24" coverage, I just have trouble accepting how 90 watts can be enough for this. Would the Kessils be an upgrade or a downgrade from the Powermodule in terms of lighting intensity?

You would need 2 x A360W-E Tuna Blue in order to illuminate 48"x24" adequately for decent coral growth. A160W-E's wouldn't get the job done.

I meant A-360WE's. I know the spec sheet says it can cover 24 x 24 inches each, the question is, will that really be enough for SPS, and how does it compare to a good 8-bulb T5 setup or the AI Hydra 52's as far as light output?

Any plan to bring in the A360NE? My tank is only 36" long so I prefer getting 2 of the ones with 18" coverage and have more light directed down than spread outward.

Hey Sam,

No plans to stock the "N" version at this time. I'm sure we could arrange a special order for you though if you are able to wait a bit. I believe we have received an email from you so I'll make sure someone gets back to you there.

Thank you.
